Everything Pastry (Ages 7 and up)

Service Description

Pastry Everything is the summer camp my bakers are surprised they absolutely love and return to year after year. If your baker loves getting their hands 'in it' this is the camp for them. We will be creating all things pastry, savory and sweet, working with our hands to create masterpieces. We'll spend the week exploring and creating puff pastry, short crust pastry, pate sucree, rough puff pastry and more. Your baker will learn the very important skill of knowing when the dough is ready by the way it looks and feels. Each day we’ll be creating and baking beautiful pastries. This camp is more independent where each baker with the help of our counselors will be creating their own dough and pastries. All your baker needs to bring is an apron, a water bottle, a container to bring their delicious treats home and enthusiasm to bake. All other supplies will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 60 days before the first day of your child’s camp. No exceptions will be made. No refunds, credits, or camp rescheduling will be allowed for cancellations made after this time. Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the camp will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee.
