Nicole was so wonderful to work with. I was specially looking for a baker who decorates cakes using buttercream and not fondant. I came across Purple Cow Cakery and fell in love with the designs. Nicole was so accommodating and flexible. She created the perfect lavender themed cake and macaron tower for our wedding and captured the Bridgerton essence with her dessert creations. It tasted better than it looked! She provided the best suggestions and recommendations for our dessert station so we went with lemon cake and blackberry frosting.
